bThedatafilesarecompressedandplacedtogetherinasingleZiparchive.

cTheZipfileisuploadedtotheassignedFTPserver.

4ThesystemrunningtheexternaldatabaseperiodicallycheckstheFTPserverfordatafilesbasedonthe

synchronizationscheduledefinedonthe

externaldatabasesystem.
